All in excellent condition small mark on the top of the changing unit and side of wardrobe which covered by the bookcase as shown in the pic. From a clean smoke and pet free home. I have instruction booklets for all pieces. Cotbed has been dismantled the other pieces will not be. Collection only Bill Quay no offers thank you
