Zeiss Ikon ZM - Leica M7 alternative with M mount

Selling my Zeiss Ikon ZM. It's the limited edition model in silver and it comes fully boxed with instruction manual, guarantee cards, original strap and body cap.

The camera is in a "user/good" aesthetical condition. It has been regularly used over the past 5+ years. The body shows several marks. In particular, the leatherette is a bit worn out (but not sticky), the on/off button has lost a bit of paint and the part around the eyepiece is worn out. I have tried to capture the marks in the pictures and the price reflects these minor cosmetic issues. In terms of functioning, everything works fine - the meter is spot on, all shutter speeds work fine and there are no light leaks. I have used the camera in June 2025 and all functions work perfectly.

Some general information about this great camera: The Zeiss Ikon ZM mounts Leica M lenses and it is regarded by many photographers as a cheaper alternative to the Leica M7. In my opinion it has four main advantages over the M7: (1) the large and bright viewfinder, (2) the shutter speed that goes up to 1/2000, (3) it is much lighter than the M7 (470g vs 620g) and (4) the film loading mechanism is much quicker - and you have a film window.
