Decline sit up Bench
The sit up bench is adjustable and foldable which also comes with 2 1.5kg dumbbells to give you an extra challenge for your core workout. The bench has an anti-skid frame to prevent slipping and grips to any surface and the is made from leather and extra padded for support and comfort.

Chest Press and Chest Flyes
Comes with 2 ways to chest press. Use the horizontal handles for a tricep focused chest press and the vertical handles for more emphasis on your chest.
