These are all genuine Cisco GLC-TE SFP modules, as hot-swappable Gigabit Ethernet transceivers designed to provide a 1000BASE-T connection over standard copper cabling (Cat 5e/6) up to 100 meters.
All four modules are in excellent used condition and have been pulled from a working environment after a recent network upgrade. They are fully functional and ready to be installed.
