Class 3 mobility scooter road legal This scooter is in great working order had new batteries fitted 6 months ago dose around 30 miles on one charge speed 1 is 4mph speed 2 is 8mph speed 3 is 15mph only allowed to use speed 15 on private land needs a new lock barrel so you can lock your stored stuff under the seat I still put stuff stored under the seat no problem
