Description
This collapsible mobility scooter is a Mirage Komfi-Rider that was bought new in June last year. It has only been used a few times and is currently stored in my barn where the battery has been charged up from time to time as per the instruction manual which is still with it.
A key thing about this model is the light weight 14.7kg without the battery (16.45kg with) and it is small enough to be loaded into the boot of most cars. It is less than 100cm long, 50cm wide and 50cm high when folded. The battery is an endurance 10Ah lithium battery which gives a top speed of 4mph and a range of 10 miles between charges. The battery can be removed for charging or it can be left in situ as there is an onboard charging point.
Another good thing is the lack of faff folding and unfolding it. It took me less than 10 seconds to unfold it to take the picture of it assembled.
