▪ The bell bits have both come off - they look like they were put on with glue, so I'm guessing they could be put back on.
May have some minor marks on due to age, was used as decorative ornaments

▪ According to google these are vintage?
▪ Had a label on that said 'genuine hand cut lead crystal', which I took a pic before it came off. Label came off when I washed them
