Description
This is a beautiful figure of a seated lady playing a stringed instrument. She is an example of Wucai pottery. Her face and hands are unglazed porcelain whereas her outfit is glazed and stunningly coloured with intricate patterning. About 9.5 inches in height. She displays really well despite minor damage to her delicate fingers and a little minor crazing. There is a signature inside the base. Collection from Longworth off the A420 and all proceeds to village church, white elephant fundraiser. Please see our other items for sale, we are beginning to list many items we have been given for sale for our annual White Elephant sale which culminates at our village fete on September 7th. Many items reduced this weekend!
