59 plate mini one clubman for sale

Car drives fine, starts first time every time, engine management light on , it has been like that since I bought it 3 years ago do I don’t consider it a problem and is probably an easy fix.
Faults : driver side window has come of the runner which would be easily sorted .
The small door to access the rear seats on the drivers side is jammed but again it would be easily sorted I just don’t have the time to look at it.
We have a new car and need driveway space hence the reason for cheap price .
Whoever buys it can drive it away today or use it for spares or whatever .
