Self Winding &Manul Winding: This mens watch uses Miyota 8215 automatic movement for providing and keeping a highly precise time. It supports both automatic and manual winding. The watch has a long power reserve of more than 41 hours. Please note that if the watch is not worn for over 42 hours, you need to manually wind it at a fixed time to ensure that it continues to run properly.
