Are you an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding campaigns? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic client services team, managing exciting print and direct mail projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Be the main contact for clients, building trust and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Manage the full lifecycle of print and direct mail campaigns – budgets, timelines, and quality.

*

Prepare quotes and proposals and oversee client orders.

*

Collaborate with production, data, logistics, and external suppliers.

*

Solve problems quickly and keep clients updated with confidence.

*

Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value.

What You’ll Bring

*

3+ years’ Account Management / Client Services experience in print, direct mail, or marketing services.

*

Knowledge of print production, direct mail, and postal regulations would be great

*

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

*

Ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure while maintaining top quality.

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) with fantastic progression opportunities

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
