Description
I am a 56 year old semi-retired father of two who loves helping students bring the best out of themselves in a relaxed and positive environment.

Experience: 20 years teaching 11-18 year olds.
2 years teaching adults in a prison.
8 years tutoring students to pass GCSE/A level exams and to consolidate/extend learning in between - from year 7 to adults.
I see my job as to relieve the students’ stress and help them believe in themselves. I’m both their safety net when they struggle in class and the one who shows them just what they are capable of. If they are aiming very high I will stretch them from an early stage in ways that are both manageable and exciting.
