Printed on the box are the CE/FCC/UKCA marks which confirm that the product meets EU/USA/UK conformity standards.
It is possible to adjust the belt so that it covers different sections of the lumbar spine.
There are three heat settings and five vibration settings and provides limited support.
The belt closes with strong velcro patch.
It comes in its original packaging and I have opened it and tested that it works but other than that it has not been used. So effectively new. I cannot say how it works on back pain as I have not had any since I received it but have had in the past.
Buyer collects or uses tha royal mail collect and delivery system.
