I'm looking for the kids who HATED P.E. at school and couldn't wait to leave so they wouldn't have to do it any more.

You're in your 30s or 40s now, you're unfit and you're struggling with diet and weight loss. You might be chronically Ill or neurodivergent. You might find high street gyms too overwhelming.

If you need the support of an inclusive trainer that can take the time to teach you the basics of fitness and nutrition, then this service is for you.

I want to take you gently by the hand and help you find something to LOVE about fitness, empowering you to face life with an energy and self-confidence you never dreamed possible.

I won't make you run laps of the football pitch.
I won't make you swing rusty kettlebells in the pouring rain.
You won't feel the judging eyes of fitter gym members on you.

I look and feel the best I have in 20 years. John is knowledgable, kind, professional and funny. John has designed training that I find both fun and and challenging (in the right way). I am building strength, size and symmetry and health. Everything in life seems easier now. Thank you John.

Everything you need in a personal trainer. Pushes you and slowly increases weights etc where necessary but at the the right stages. Perfect

John also does PT and regular circuits sessions via Zoom. He tailored my PT programme to my needs (functional fitness and endurance) and since I had very little equipment at home, he adapted the exercised based on what was available. Really helpful to stay in shape while we were all stuck at home!

John is friendly and makes training fun! He also tailors to your own personal needs and abilities. I look forward to my training sessions and the weigh ins where I can see the progress being made.
