We have been working with Lucid Direct for several months, as we needed support for social media management in our restaurant. However, after recently hiring a new admin skilled in social media, we reached out to Lucid Direct for a handover, expecting a smooth transition. Unfortunately, this process has been handled poorly and has left us very dissatisfied. Despite having a good contract with Lucid Direct, the handover process has been unnecessarily delayed. Gaining access to our own social media accounts took much longer than anticipated, with responses often delayed even after our messages were viewed. This lack of prompt communication has been both frustrating and disappointing, especially given the investment we’ve made in their services. Additionally, over the course of our contract, a significant amount of content was created by Lucid Direct. We reached out twice in the past two weeks to request access to this content, yet both attempts have been met with silence. Again, our messages were viewed, but there has been no response or effort to resolve this. Our experience shows a clear lack of consideration in supporting us through this transition. While the initial contract was promising, the way this handover has been handled has left us incredibly displeased. We hope Lucid Direct will improve their approach to client transitions and communication, as no business should have to struggle to access their own content and accounts.
