I required a 3 month marketing campaign and after an initial chat with Michelle I went ahead. As a result both telephone and face to face meetings were made and business secured. Michelle and her team kept me updated all along the way and were very professional to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending BMG Marketing to any other business owners.

After 2 weeks of calling Michelle failed to produce results and blamed the data, the economic climate, lack of response from prospective clients, basically everything but their failure to create business, this despite my own personal closing of deals from similar data! I called time on the campaign and requested a refund for the time I had paid for that would not be used and was flatly refused. BEWARE when paying in advance for their service.

We have now worked with BMG for several months, during that time I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, communication and feedback from Michelle. Sue has provided consistent and easily understandable notes on all phone calls made, allowing us to grow our knowledge of the market, we’ve also found all the appointments she booked to be well qualified with an excellent level of detail recorded. BMG have provided daily updates on progress to allow us to email information and quickly follow up with contacts when required. Michelle has always made herself available to discuss varying messages or adjusting areas of focus, both at our weekly catch up meetings and on an ad hoc basis which has ensured we always feel fully in control of the communications taking place.
