About the Role

Zest4Talent are recruiting a Marketing Executive with a focus on creative and social media for an expanding adventure sports company. You will be based at their site near Salisbury. A salary of c£30k pa is on offer.

Responsibilities

* Lead content creation pipeline: video, photography, graphics, and storytelling across all platforms.

* Plan, schedule, and deliver a social media strategy that builds reach, engagement, and sales (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

* Manage and grow social commerce opportunities (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, affiliate links).

* Work with local tourism boards, affiliates, and partners to extend brand reach and support local marketing campaigns.

* Lead on PR opportunities, building relationships with media and generating coverage for the brand.

* Manage onsite brand experience, ensuring venues feel consistent, immersive, and social-ready.

* Collaborate with the Digital Performance & Customer Journey team to ensure creative assets are optimised for campaigns.

* Support wider marketing campaigns, events, and on-site activity as required.

Qualifications

* Experience in social media management and content creation (ideally with video editing/photography skills).

* A strong eye for brand storytelling and visual consistency.

* Confidence using scheduling tools, social analytics, and e-commerce integrations.

* Strong communication skills – written, visual, and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with deadlines.

* Flexible working style – able to capture content at sites and during peak weekends.

* Passion for adventure, creativity, and inspiring others to push their limits.

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

A salary of c£30k pa is on offer.
