Interim Operations Transformation Lead (6-Month Contract)

Location: Remote with regular travel

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Interim (6 months)

Day Rate: Competitive

Are you a strategic and hands-on operations leader with a track record of driving transformation in fast-paced consultancy or agency environments? We're seeking an Interim Operations Transformation Lead to spearhead a high-impact programme focused on scalability, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

·Operational Redesign: Embed a new operating model with clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.

·Systems Implementation: Lead the selection and rollout of platforms across project management, finance, and resourcing.

·Commercial Optimisation: Review pricing structures and implement tools to improve visibility on profitability and resource utilisation.

·Office Move Management: Oversee the operational aspects of an upcoming office relocation, ensuring minimal disruption.

·Quality & Accreditation: Prepare for ISO accreditation and champion continuous improvement.

About You

You'll bring:

·Proven experience in operations leadership within a creative, consultancy, or agency setting.

·Expertise in organisational change, systems implementation, and process redesign.

·Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of pricing models, margin analysis, and resource planning.

·Experience managing office moves and setting up hybrid working infrastructure.

·Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance.

·Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

·A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
