Our client is a well-established and ambitious club that sits at the heart of the local community. With over 600 players aged 6 to 60, they are dedicated to delivering sustainable rugby at the highest level, supported by top-tier coaching and first-rate facilities.

Beyond rugby, the club also plays a vital role as a community hub, hosting everything from weddings and business meetings to sports events and social functions. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same!

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Events, Marketing & Sales Manager to take the lead on all clubhouse events, marketing strategies, and sponsorship partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and deliver a wide range of events - from rugby fixtures and club socials to weddings and corporate functions Develop and implement targeted marketing and digital campaigns to increase event bookings and visibility Identify and secure new business through sponsorship sales, partnership development, and local outreach Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the club’s website Manage budgets, suppliers, and logistics to ensure every event runs smoothly Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align on strategy Ensure all branding, H&S standards, and customer service benchmarks are met Motivate and manage a small Events & Marketing team, driving performance and accountabilityBenefits
