Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Salary / Rate of pay: £16 - £17per hour Depending on Experience

We're looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator who can confidently read 2D CAD drawings and take pride in precision workmanship. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - from welding to fitting - and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.

What you'll be doing:
MIG welding mild steel box section (majority of work)
Some aluminium welding
Building machine chassis using hollow section mild steel
Reading and working from 2D CAD drawings
Fitting electro-mechanical components into fabricated frames
Mostly workshop-based, with occasional site fitting (infrequent)
What we're looking for:
Experience in welding & fabrication
Ability to read and understand 2D CAD drawings
Practical engineering/fitting skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
