Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30

Job Summary:

We are recruiting an experienced Welder/Fabricator for our client based in Heathfield, Newton Abbot. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive hourly rate and regular weekday working hours — perfect for someone looking for stability in a well-established business.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

Fabricate components from engineering drawings

Operate standard workshop machinery and hand tools

Complete bespoke and batch production work to a high standard

Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder/fabricator

Confident with MIG and TIG welding techniques

Able to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
