Location: Welham Green, Welwyn Hatfield

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary £30,000

Commute: Only 4 minutes walk from Welham Green train station!

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine! Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily warehouse activities and managing a dedicated team

Coordinating inventory management and stock control

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Implementing efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity

Training and mentoring team members to foster a positive work environment

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision

Reach truck licence/ experience
