Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager Urgently required to work for a world leading manufacturing organisation based near Wokingham. This is a key role to the business where you will be required to lead warehouse operations efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands–on approach, and a keen eye for organisation and process improvement.

We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor/ manager ideally from a manufacturing environment where you will be used to working with a range of departments including engineering, production and quality to ensure the smooth flow of quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goodsManage and supervise a team of warehouse operativesEnsure timely dispatch and receipt of goodsMaintain accurate inventory and stock control systemsConduct regular equipment and safety checks in line with health & safety standardsTrain, develop, and motivate warehouse staffLiaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and workflowEnforce company policies and procedures within the warehouse environment

Requirements/ Qualifications
