Description

Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Loader for our client based in Rotherham.

Warehouse Loader Benefits:

Shifts: Days Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 3.30pm - please note the role may move to Rotating DAYS & AFTERS. Days 6am to 2pm & afters 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Total: 39 hours per week paid weekly

Start date: Monday 18th August 2025 - no holidays approved in the first 12 weeks as this is the crucial training period

Pay Rates: Initially £13.23 per hour - the rate increases to £15.75 if the role changes to rotating shifts

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Rotherham, S60Warehouse Loader Duties:

Loading cabinets

Manual handling heavy items

Ensuring best use and maximisation of space

Quality checking of materials and finished products

Checking items are packed and taped correctly

Following instructions and working to a structured work plan

General Housekeeping

Working on your own and as part of a teamWarehouse Loader Criteria:

Previous loading experience is essential to be considered for this role

Hard working, reliable and punctual

Good hand-eye coordination and balance

Experience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essential

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Awareness of workplace health and safety

Physically fit and able to move heavy items in and around the area

Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills**Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties**
