Experience in an FMCG environment would be a real advantage, but not essential.
Core Duties
Identify training needs for new and existing employees
Coordinate and provide ad hoc training as needed
Deliver job–specific, refresher, and key skills training
Ensure completion and understanding of Job Specific SOPs
Maintain and update training matrices and related documentation
Organise and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials
Provide regular reports on training progress and ongoing project
Offer operational support during busy periods when required
Your Profile
With relevant experience as a Trainer or Training Officer in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems
Fluent in written and spoken English
Flexible with working hours to suit business needs
Clear communicator with effective delegation skills
Motivated and results–driven
