Salary £30,000-£35,000

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Technical Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the vital link between the technical team and valued customers. Your role will include:

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

Technical Expertise: Provide accurate product information and technical assistance to help customers make informed decisions.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking sales progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Produce approval and manufacturing drawing using AutoCAD

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in CAD

Relevant experience in a technical sales or co-ordination role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities.

A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering results.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus!
