Key Technical Accountabilities

Define and implement advanced process control strategies in conjunction with Process Development, Operations, and Manufacturing EngineeringStandardise best–in–class parameters for tooling, material selection, process stability, and personnel capability across high–volume productionCollaborate with NPD, Tooling, Product Design, and Marketing to specify and commission high–precision capital equipment for new manufacturing technologiesLead and technically mentor a specialist team of Setters, Materials Experts, and Tooling Engineers focused on innovation, training, and process optimisationRequired Expertise & Credentials

Degree–qualified in Polymer Science & Engineering or a related disciplineCertified in Injection Moulding technologies (PTIC, IMT4, RJG, Master Moulder or equivalent)Deep working knowledge of thermoplastics processing, tooling design, mold flow analysis, and closed–loop process controlsStrong competence in statistical process control, DOE, and data–driven root cause analysisTechnically credible and influential at all levels, from shop floor to senior leadershipCompany Overview
