Technical Coordinator Food (Part Time)

Description

Kinetic is teaming up with a well-established food company in Ashton-Under-Lyne to find a Part-Time Technical Services Co-ordinator.

This role is all about making sure products and processes meet food safety and quality standards. You'll be working closely with different teams across the site to help improve how things are done, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.

This is a Part Time position working 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Services position are as follows:

* Communicate any product issues to relevant teams

* Support food safety and quality systems

* Complete customer product questionnaires

* Approve technical artwork and ensure legal compliance

* Respond to customer queries in a professional manner

* Help prepare factory documentation and support product launches

* Carry out internal audits and support external ones

* Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement

* Follow strict health and safety and hygiene procedures

In order to work within this national company we need you to have:

* Food Safety Level 3 AND HACCP Level 2

* Knowledge of legal labelling and basic microbiology (advantageous)

* Familiarity with BRCGS, GMP, and Food Defence

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Good time management and attention to detail

* Able to work independently and solve problems

* Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude

You will receive the following:

* £13.08 per hour
