Stock Replenishment Manager

Description

Alexander Steele are working with an established multi-site ambient food manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Stock Replenishment Manager to join their Supply Chain team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced stock or inventory professional to take ownership of replenishment processes across a fast-paced manufacturing site, ensuring material availability and supporting production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production demand.

* Monitor stock coverage, lead times, and order cycles to prevent shortages or overstock.

* Work closely with planning, purchasing, warehousing, and production teams to align supply with operational needs.

* Utilise MRP/ERP systems to control stock movements and generate replenishment orders.

* Maintain supplier relationships, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with minimum order quantities and agreed lead times.

* Monitor and improve stock accuracy, stock turn, and availability KPIs.

* Investigate discrepancies and lead stock control improvements across the site.

On Offer:

* Annual Salary of £40,000

* Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

* 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)

* Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
