Sheet Metal Worker 17– 20 per hour New Milton Full–Time
Are you a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with a background in aerospace or precision fabrication? Ready to join a team that values quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship?
We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a well–established engineering company in New Milton. You'll be working in a supportive environment, fabricating and assembling precision sheet metal parts used in high–quality manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
Cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components
Use hand tools and fabricating machines
Inspect and smooth joints for a perfect finish
Work from technical instructions and support junior team members
Follow all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Apprenticeship or experience in sheet metal work (Aerospace preferred)
Ability to read technical instructions and work precisely
Great team spirit and a strong work ethic
Pride in your work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance
What's on Offer:
Pay: 17– 20 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours/week (Mon–Thurs 7:45–16:15, Fri 7:45–12:45)
Flexible working and 4–day week options available
Overtime paid at 1.5x
On–site parking
