Salary: Up to 60,000 + bonuses

Location: Liverpool

Hours: Full–time, Monday to Friday

Are you a hands–on Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental pro looking to step into a game–changing role? This isn't just any QSHE Manager job, it's a chance to be THE driving force behind quality and safety excellence at a buzzing manufacturing site, right as we prepare for a critical ISO audit in February.

You'll be empowered to lead, innovate, and transform from day one, working independently with the support of a future Quality Coordinator. If you thrive in fast–paced environments and love collaborating with passionate teams who care about doing things right, this role is made for you!

What You'll Own:

Lead the charge on all things Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental, shaping the site's compliance, culture, and continuous improvementOwn the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits, prepping, managing, and smashing them out of the parkBe the health & safety champion, managing first aiders, fire marshals, and hazardous waste with confidence and expertiseDrive hands–on quality control and assurance, making sure every process hits the markBuild strong, collaborative relationships with site teams and facilities, fostering a culture where safety and quality come firstBe the go–to QSHE expert, managing legislative compliance and shining in customer–facing activitiesWho You Are:

A manufacturing pro with solid experience in food, packaging, print, or automotive sectorsA dynamic leader with proven Quality AND Health & Safety management skillsAn ISO audit ace with a track record of success in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485A health & safety legal guru who knows the regs inside outExperienced in hazardous waste and quality assurance processesA people person who inspires trust and teamworkReady to hit the ground running and take full ownership from day oneWhy Join Us?
