Whether you're a night owl or an early riser, we ve got a shift that could suit you. We re hiring Production Supervisors to join a well–established food manufacturing business in Spalding. If you thrive on the factory floor (not behind a desk), and enjoy leading from the front read on.

Shift Patterns Available: Days: 3 s & 2 s 06 00

Nights: 3 s & 2 s 18 00

(Flexible options depending on your preference)

What you ll be doing: This isn t a clipboard and office kind of role. It s about owning the shift, leading your team, and keeping things moving, even when plans change as they often do in food production.

Manage a production line and lead your team on shift

Ensure machines, materials and labour are all good to go

Be present supporting, coaching, problem–solving in real time

Run briefings, handle return–to–works, and drive performance

Maintain quality and safety while hitting your KPIs

Spot inefficiencies and make things better, every day

Who we re looking for: You ve led teams in food manufacturing either as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader

You prefer being on the floor, staying hands–on and involved

You know how to lead under pressure, keep standards high, and motivate a team

You re not afraid to hold people accountable but you do it with respect

You re driven to improve, streamline, and succeed not settle
