£28,080 - £32,240 (depending on experience) + Enhanced Overtime Rate + Pay Increase Opportunities

Shifts: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a busy and expanding manufacturing site in Ellesmere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment in a supportive, team-oriented environment, with the chance to step into a leadership role.

The Production Supervisor Role -

Overseeing daily production of concrete products to ensure targets are met

Supervising a team of operatives, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance

Coordinating mould preparation, pouring, curing, and finishing processes

Carrying out quality control checks and ensuring compliance with standards

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised production area

Ensuring materials, equipment, and resources are available and used efficiently

Completing production reports, recording output, and addressing issues promptly

Supporting training and development of team members

The Ideal Candidate -

Previous experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, construction, or production

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work to deadlines and production schedules

Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Knowledge of health & safety regulations

Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team
