Our renowned international food manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Shift Manager to drive excellence and efficiency in their state of the art production operations.

Role Overview: As a Production Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations, overseeing the production process and ensuring seamless execution of production schedules. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, optimizing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with cross–functional teams to optimise production schedules and resource allocation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions. Monitor production metrics and analyse data to drive operational efficiency. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. In–depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. Excellent problem–solving and decision–making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
