Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

Reports to: Shift Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Summary:

A leading manufacturer based in Thetford is seeking a reliable and proactive Production Runner to support its busy production environment. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient flow of materials, components, and information between departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver raw materials, components, and finished goods between production areas promptly.

Support production lines by responding quickly to supply needs.

Maintain accurate records of materials and stock movements.

Conduct basic checks to ensure material quality and accuracy.

Assist with line changeovers and cleaning procedures when needed.

Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and quality teams.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within a GMP-regulated environment.

Report any shortages, delays, or quality concerns promptly. Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting is desirable.

Physically capable of lifting and moving materials safely.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and follow strict operational procedures.

Basic computer or scanner use may be required for tracking inventory
