Job Title: Production operative

Location: Tiverton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30PM TO 11PM

Rates of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Reporting to: Production Manager

About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our production team as Production Operatives. This is a key position within the factory, supporting the preparation and packing of products in line with company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

Preparing and packing products to meet production standards

Working efficiently to achieve daily targets

Following safety procedures at all times

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working effectively as part of a team under supervisionWhat We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

Good attention to detail

Previous experience in a factory environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
