About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your duties will include:

Working on a fast-paced production line to meet daily targets.

Adhering to hygiene and health & safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.

Conducting quality checks on consumable goods to ensure only the best reaches our customers.

Collaborating with your team and also working independently to achieve goals.

Completing necessary documentation accurately and on time.

Performing label verification checks against recipes and ensuring proper labelling of product packaging.

Transferring finished product samples and recipe sheets to the QC laboratory.

What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidates will bring the following skills and experience:

Previous machine operative experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

A good standard of numeracy and literacy to ensure accuracy in tasks.

Team player mentality with strong communication skills.

Proven time management and self-motivation abilities.

An enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.

Working towards GMP Standards or within a clean room environment.

Additional Information:

Hours of Work:- Days: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm

- Lates: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm

- Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm - 7am

Pay Rate: From £12.50 to £15.54 per hour

Driving Required: Yes
