Location: Wissington, Norfolk

Pay : £17.33p/h

Schedule: Monday to Friday on rotating shift : 07:00am-15:00pm, 15:00pm-23:00pm, 23:00pm-07:00am,

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

About the Role

Position 1 Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operative/Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) for a well-established company in Wissington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a hands-on, fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently

* Transport and stack products within warehouse and production areas

* Comply with all health & safety procedures on-site

* Support general production tasks as needed

* Minimal manual handling thanks to mechanical lifting aids

Requirements

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

* Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred (some experience considered)

* Physically fit and comfortable with an active role

* Flexible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Ability to work on rotating shifts

Please Note: Due to the rural location, own transport is essential – there is no public transport access to the site.
