Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to shape the future of operations? A leading global food manufacturer is seeking a Packing Section Lead to take ownership of its production site and drive world–class performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, sustainability, and team engagement.

The Role:

You ll be responsible for leading all aspects of plant production operations, ensuring the successful execution of the site s manufacturing strategy. Your mission will be to create a high–performing, autonomous team culture that delivers continuous improvement and best–in–class performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. IL6S, Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance). Drive site performance against SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale). Lead governance and review processes to ensure consistent operational performance and compliance. Champion a zero–loss mindset across the team. Ensure all operational and regulatory standards are upheld (quality, safety, GMP, environmental, etc.). Develop and retain talent by building strong technical and behavioural capability across all levels. Collaborate with cross–functional teams both within and outside the plant.

About You:

Proven experience in manufacturing/operations leadership within a fast–paced FMCG or CPG environment. Deep knowledge of lean tools such as, 5S, Six Sigma. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Engineering background preferred, with sound financial and business acumen. Project management skills and knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance.
