Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Assembly & Packaging

Location: South Molton

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanant

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm

Salary: £12.50 Per hour rising to £13.50 after completion of training

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of products and ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and dispatched to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products/devices to a high standard, following written instructions or drawings

Carefully package products, ensuring they are secure and presentable for delivery

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or discrepancies

Carry out quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods

Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred

Good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines

Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes and materials

A proactive and positive attitude

Basic understanding of English for communication and reading instructions
