The Role

We are seeking an experienced machinist programmer with proven CAM expertise. You will be a vital part of their design and manufacturing team, working from concept through to production, ensuring the machines are ready for operators to deliver top–quality results.

Key responsibilities:

Design precision tools and fixtures using Solidworks

Program from 3D models using CAM software for component manufacturing using SolidCAM.

Load programs onto machines ready for operator use.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless handover from design to manufacturing.

Uphold strict health and safety standards in all processes.

Requirements:

Strong CAM programming skills, implementation onto CNC machines

Experience of manufacturing on CNC Milling and Turning machines

Excellent problem–solving and communication skills.

Solidworks or SolidCAM experience would be desirable.
