Location: Aintree, Liverpool

Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Process Leader to join a thriving manufacturing site in Aintree, Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of shift performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure high standards of safety and productivity.

The Role:

Reporting into the Manufacturing Front Line Manager, the Process Leader will be responsible for:

Leading the shift team to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

Monitoring and optimising plant performance and order fulfillment.

Driving a culture of safety using SOPs, risk assessments and behavioural leadership.

Identifying and addressing performance gaps in real–time.

Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Deputising for the FLM when required.

Supporting development plans and training across the shift team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum.

Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing, ideally food production.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Analytical and process–driven mindset.

Comfortable using IT systems and reporting tools.

Ability to develop and mentor individuals and teams.

Behaviours:

Proactive and solutions–focused.

Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast–paced environment.
