What you'll be doing:

Leading the development and scale–up of new food products from concept to full factory production.Driving improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.Managing factory trials – coordinating materials, documentation, HACCP meetings, and signoffs.Collaborating with production, planning, and technical teams to ensure seamless trial execution.Engaging with customers during panels and supporting product refinement and optimisation.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in food manufacturing in process development or quality managementStrong understanding of factory processes and ingredient functionality in large–scale production.Confident project manager with the ability to lead cross–functional teams and meet deadlines.Skilled in interpreting Retailer briefs and delivering viable solutions.Passionate about the food industry and a genuine interest in process and kit.Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.A natural leader and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
