Description
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Picker/Packers based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is absolutely essential due to site location.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free shipments. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
Pick items from inventory according to order specifications
Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
Label packages accurately with shipping information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing areas
Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors
Any other duties as required
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
10:00 - 16:00
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
