Payroll Specialist EMEA

Description

I am working alongside a multinational manufacturing business based in the South Manchester area who are looking to add a Payroll Specialist with international experience to their established team. The client is ideally looking for an established candidate with UK and EMEA experience to join their team.

Key Duties/Tasks:

UK Payroll end to end through Oracle and other relevant payroll systems

Predominately working on an EMEA payroll across over 10 different payrolls

Support the busy payroll department

Process annual P11D - UK only

Ensure the UK payroll always remains Sox compliant

Ensure that all payroll processes are always mapped and up to date

Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.

Manual calculations

Supporting the payroll team with projects relating to payroll

Benefits

Salary up to £40,000

Company bonus

Pension 6%

Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)

Up to 25 days paid holiday with option to buy

Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week (9:00 - 17:30)
