The Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records within our client's finance team in Grantham.

This part–time, permanent position in Grantham is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accounting and finance.

This is a 100% office based role.

Our client is happy to offer flexibility for the hours / days worked for this position. The part time hours are 25 per week.

Description

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Data entry.Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts.Handle payment runs and ensure payments are processed on schedule.Assist with month–end procedures, including ledger reconciliation.Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation.Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Profile

A successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar accounting role.Experience in processing invoices.Only looking for a part time position.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.A solid understanding of financial processes and procedures.Excellent communication skills, particularly with suppliers and team members.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Job Offer
