Join a business with over a century of print heritage, producing premium carton board packaging for some of the UK s most recognisable brands. This well–established packaging manufacturer, based just outside Kendal, is renowned for its quality, reliability, and long–standing team and now, they re looking for an experienced 1st Minder to run their Roland 700 litho press.

The role:

You ll be the lead operator on a multi–colour Roland 700 press, producing high–quality printed packaging on a three–shift rotation but here s the good news: it s Monday to Friday only (no regular weekends).

Shift pattern:

Mon Thu: 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm / 10pm 6amFri: 6am 11.30am / 11.30am 5pm / 5pm 10.30pm

What you ll bring:

Proven experience as a 1st Minder on multi–colour lithographic presses Ability to lead press operations, delivering consistent, high–quality outputStrong problem–solving skills and an eye for detailA proactive approach with solid organisational skillsCommitment to high standards in safety, quality, and housekeeping
