What can you expect working as a Night Line Leader in Peterborough

You will play a pivotal role in managing, leading, and inspiring Production and Machine Operatives to run one of our Citrus, Grape, or Loose line seamlessly.

You will also advocate for best working practices by ensuring colleagues follow correct safety procedures and work alongside Quality Control to ensure the freshness of products.

You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line.

You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the culture, and motivate your team to excellence.

You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.

Previous line leading experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.

Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.

Continuously strive for excellence, empower, and motivate your team to work collaboratively.

An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
