Job Title: Skilled Production Operative (Joinery & Mould Fitting)

Location: Nottinghamshire

Pay: 14+ p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Join a leading precast manufacturer in Nottinghamshire as our client look to expand their team with skilled operatives – particularly in joinery and mould fitting. If you have hands–on experience and want to be part of a growing, supportive production team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Joinery: Manufacture timber moulds in the woodshop using machinery (training provided), working from detailed technical drawings.

Mould Fitting: Assemble moulds on the casting area with precision – tolerances are tight, so attention to detail is key.

Production Support: Assist with prepping moulds, placing cast–in items, pouring/screeding concrete, finishing units, and general housekeeping.

What We're Looking For:

Skilled in joinery,or mould fitting (preferred)

Able to read and work confidently from drawings

Physically fit and used to fast–paced environments

Experience in precast or construction is an advantage

Must attend Monday site walk–rounds
