£14.00 per hour, weekly pay, accrued holiday pay

Leeds, LS10

Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 4pm

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit a Mixing Bay Operative on a temporary ongoing basis. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.

Working in a fast paced production environment, previous experience of mixing chemicals or following recipes on an industrial scale is desirable but full training will be given.

Duties of role:

* Manufacturing industrial coatings to the highest specifications

* Following recipes and methods correctly

* Recording all the required information

* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to

* Ensuring all quality standards are achieved

* Maintaining good housekeeping

* Stock rotation of raw materials and finished product

* Some manual handling up to 25kg

Person specification:

* Previous experience of mixing chemicals or following recipes on an industrial scale is desirable but not essential

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

* You will need to be numerate, literate and pay close attention to detail

* Have a good understanding of weighing and measurement

* Counterbalance forklift truck licence is essential
